Our Pavilion building is a modern interpretation of the most classical village green club house architecture. With a 150 roof pitch and hipped roof the Pavilion can be built in most gardens without the requirement for planning permission – please call and allow us to discuss details with you. Its spacious and light interior may be used as a single room or we could offer to install internal partition walls to create separate rooms for home office, snooker, guest accommodation or fitness centre. We could also install a wc, bathroom and fully-fitted kitchen. We even have clients who have used the Pavilion as an attractive and unique indoor pool house.

Our service includes digging and installing concrete foundations and insulated concrete floor, supplying and erecting the single-skin 2” solid log building with double glazed windows and doors, and erecting the insulated timber roof with felt shingle tiles. The 4’ (1.2m) veranda has a wooden deck and balustrading. The whole building is finished inside and out with 2 coats of varnish or paint colour of your choice.
