- Architects and structural engineers design fees
- Local authority building control fees and Building Control Certificate signed by our surveyor on completion
- Digging and laying foundations to a 1.5m (5’) depth unless specified otherwise
- Excavated soil removed from the site or transfered within the garden for later landscaping work
- Laying and connecting water and electricity supply up to 10.0m
- Constructing pool, 1.5m (5') constant pool depth with PVC pool liner, pool ladder, and manual roller pool cover
- Fully insulated reinforced concrete pool surround
- Fully treated and coated timber building
- Double-skin timber walls (cavity insulation between inner and outer timber skins)
- Double-glazed windows and doors
- Insulated roof with long-life fibreglass felt shingle roof tiles
- All necessary pool equipment including filtration unit, electric water heater and circulation pump
- All necessary pool building de-humidification equipment
(normally one or more wall mounted de-humidifier which returns dry air to the pool building)
